Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow health & safety procedures and company quality standards.
  • Take part in training and mentoring sessions to build technical knowledge and confidence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A keen interest in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., A-Levels, BTEC, NVQ, or HNC/HND in Engineering) is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong practical skills, with an interest in hands-on work.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a specialist role.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow clear instructions.

What we offer:

  • Full training and mentoring from experienced engineers.
  • A clear career path into specialist roles in design, wiring, or commissioning.
  • Competitive salary with opportunities for progression.
  • Exposure to high-profile projects with leading clients in the UK and internationally.
  • A supportive, innovative, and growing company culture.
